A complete project in several stages
For this third project in Valbonne, we worked on several aspects of the renovation:
- Reconfiguring the rooms: after studying our clients’ needs, we moved some partition walls and optimised the room layout to make the most of the available space and improve circulation.
- Installing plasterboard: to separate the living areas, improve sound insulation and conceal the electrical wiring, we fitted plasterboard on metal rails.
- Suspended ceilings and lighting: creating suspended ceilings allowed us to recess LED spotlights, improving both the brightness and the look of the house.

Careful finishing for a modern interior
Once the structure and insulation were in place, it was time for the finishing work:
- Filler and paint: we applied a smoothing filler to obtain perfectly flat surfaces, before painting the walls and ceilings in light, contemporary tones.
- Floor coverings: depending on the room, we offered different types of flooring (parquet, tiles), taking care to combine good looks with comfort.
- Bathroom renovation: designer wall tiles, a walk-in shower and a modern vanity unit transformed this room into a welcoming and practical place to relax.
