A project in the heart of Valbonne
In this charming town in the Alpes-Maritimes, we had the opportunity to renovate a villa and turn it into a bright, functional home:
- Selective demolition: before starting, our team removed unnecessary partition walls and coverings, preparing the ground for the creation of new spaces.
- Plasterboard: we then installed plasterboard partitions to define the different areas and ensure a neat, clean finish.
- Insulation and suspended ceilings: to improve acoustic and thermal comfort, insulating panels were added to the suspended ceilings before recessed LED lighting was fitted.
The first photos illustrate these different stages, showing the progress of the work, the preparation of the surfaces and the gradual installation of the materials.
Careful finishing for a contemporary look
Once the structures and insulation were in place, our specialists turned to the finishing work:
- Filler: we applied a smoothing filler to prepare the wall and ceiling surfaces. This step is crucial for achieving a perfect finish before painting.
- Painting: several coats of paint, generally in light tones, were applied to maximise the natural light indoors and create a modern, warm atmosphere.
- Floor coverings: we offered a range of tiling and parquet options suited to how each room is used (living room, kitchen, bedrooms, etc.), ensuring both durability and good looks.
