A complete project in the heart of Vallauris
For this project, we carried out an interior renovation aimed at improving both comfort and appearance:
- Selective demolition: the old layout no longer suited the occupants’ lifestyle, so we removed the ageing partitions and wall and floor coverings.
- Plasterboard and insulation: we built new plasterboard partitions, reinforced with acoustic and thermal insulation suited to the Mediterranean climate.
- Suspended ceilings and lighting: installing suspended ceilings allowed us to fit LED spotlights, creating a warm atmosphere and even lighting in every room.
In the first photos, you can see the careful preparation of the surfaces and the progress of the work, from fitting the metal tracks to installing the plasterboard.
High-end finishes
Once the framework was in place and the electrical wiring installed, it was time for the finishes:
- Filler and painting: we applied a smoothing filler to obtain a perfectly flat base before painting the walls and ceilings in light, modern shades.
- Tiling and floor coverings: in the bathrooms and kitchen, carefully chosen tiles provide durability and elegance. For the living areas, our clients opted for a timeless floor covering that combines good looks with easy maintenance.
- Bathroom renovation: the installation of a walk-in shower, bespoke furniture and quality fittings transformed this space into a true haven of well-being.
